Connect to Twilio to send SMS and WhatsApp messages from your workflows.
Configuration

Getting Your Credentials
- Log in to the Twilio Console
- Your Account SID and Auth Token are displayed on the dashboard home page
- Copy both values
Usage
Once created, this connection becomes available in:
- Twilio Send SMS — send SMS and MMS messages
- Twilio Send WhatsApp — send WhatsApp messages
TIP
For WhatsApp, you need to set up a WhatsApp sender in the Twilio Console under Messaging > Senders > WhatsApp Senders. You can use the Twilio Sandbox for testing.
WARNING
Twilio charges per message sent. Monitor your usage at console.twilio.com/usage.
