Members & Invitations
Admins can invite new members to the team and manage existing members.
Viewing Members
Navigate to Settings > Members to see:
- All current team members with their roles
- Pending invitations that haven't been accepted yet

Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Members
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter the person's email address
- Select a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
- Send the invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join the team.
Invitation Flow
- New users — the invitation link takes them to a registration page. After registering, they automatically join the team.
- Existing users — the invitation link adds them to the team immediately after they accept.

Invitations expire after a set period. If an invitation expires, you'll need to send a new one.
Managing Roles
Admins can change member roles:
- Go to Settings > Members
- Find the member whose role you want to change
- Select the new role from the dropdown
Role Change Rules
- Admins can promote any member to a higher role
- Admins can demote members to a lower role
- The team owner cannot be demoted or removed
- The last Admin cannot be demoted (teams must always have at least one Admin)
- Members can demote themselves
Removing Members
- Go to Settings > Members
- Find the member you want to remove
- Click Remove and confirm
WARNING
Removing a member immediately revokes their access. They will no longer be able to view or interact with the team's workflows, connections, or data.
The team owner cannot be removed. To transfer ownership, contact support.
